Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms are between you and Lull ("we", "us"). By signing up or using Lull you agree to them.
What Lull is
Lull is an AI sleep guide you text on iMessage. Together you make a plan, and every night at your bedtime Lull texts you a link to a guided sleep meditation written for you and read by an AI-generated voice. Lull isn't a person, a therapist or a doctor.
The messages you agree to
- When you sign up and text Lull, you agree to receive messages from Lull in iMessage: replies to what you send, a link to your meditation each night, and now and then a short morning check-in.
- Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything. Your carrier's usual charges may apply.
- You can stop any time: text STOP, pause in the app, or email us. We'll stop right away. Text START to turn things back on.
- Lull doesn't make phone calls. If that ever changes, we'll ask you first.
Not medical care
Lull is a relaxation aid for general wellness. Its replies can be wrong. It isn't medical advice or treatment, it doesn't diagnose or treat insomnia or any other condition, and it doesn't replace a doctor. If you often can't sleep, talk to a healthcare professional. If you're in crisis, contact your local crisis line (in the US, call or text 988); in an emergency, call your local emergency number. Don't listen while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and the owner or regular user of the phone number you sign up with.
Price
Lull is free while it's in beta. Before any paid plan starts, we'll tell you the price and ask you to agree first.
Fair use
Each person gets up to 2 meditations a day (tonight's, plus one more on request) and up to 40 messages a day. Don't sign up numbers that aren't yours, or try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may pause or close accounts that do.
Availability and changes
Lull is new. A meditation can arrive late or not at all, and features may change. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes before they apply.
No warranties, limits on liability
Lull is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months, or $10 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions: hello@textlull.com.
